High Carbohydrates Food list

Carbohydrates is one of the important nutrients that is essentially required to provide energy. So body won’t get sufficient energy due to lack of this nutrient and attached by hypoglycemia ketosis etc.
Let’s have a look on carbohydrate rich foods below:
1.sugar and Sweets:
- These Foods are less in nutrients.
- These are carbs content sugar and syrups are sugar containing foods and also sugar and candy and jam are sugar.
- So, soft drinks, energy drinks, and coffee are sugar-sweet end foods.
- Cakes, cookies, pies, and baked goods are sugary, starchy and rich in fat.
- Sweetened creats and sugar-sweetened flavored yogurt are rich in carbs.
Most of the fruits low in starch but it contain high sugar and total carbs
Bananas, pineapples, grapes, mangoes, apples and figs high in carbs.
- Starchy vegetable are just namely, but they do not have carbohydrates.
- These are mainly contain fiber, potassium, antioxidants, among other nutrients.
- Corn peas, sweet potatoes are contain high-carbs foods with healthy properties.
Legumes are high in starch and also in protein, fiber, iron and potassium. They are also provide health benefits to resistant risk of cancer. So, these are healthy carbs.
5.Whole Grains and Refined Grains:
- Grains are low in fat and protein, these specially carbs and rich in starch.
- Refined grains are starchy because others nutrients are stripped away, while whole grains retain fiber and rich in vitamins, minerals and bit of healthy fat.
- Refined grains are in white bread. White rice, white pasta and Refined cereals. Whole grains are in whole grain bread, brown rice, whole-grain pasta, oatmeal and whole grain cereal.
- Other grain-based foods have Refined and whole-grain crackers and pretzels.
- If you want low carbs in your body then low-carbs help for weight loss, blood sugar control, and for other health reasons .
- Some low-carbs foods are healthy and rich with protein, healthy fat and other nutrients but few contain Unhealthy fats.
Low-carbs list is given below:
- Meat, Poultry, and Seafood do not contain carbohydrates.
- Fat does not contain carbs, fats gives from meat and skin from poultry which contain Unhealthy saturated fats.
- When you choose fish then you have heart-healthy choice.
Pure fats are carbohydrate-free and some are healthier than others.
Nuts, Peanuts, and Seeds:
Peanuts, Sunflower, and pumpkin seeds and almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and other nuts have low carb but rich in healthy fats. And they also have protein and fiber.
- All milk products contain carbs about 10,20 or more grams of carbohydrates but cheese have low-carbs.
- Mozzarella, cheddar, swiss, feta, parmesan and blue cheese are have low-carbs cheese.
- Cottage cheese is low in carbs but higher than the oged cheese.
- If you want low-carb in your body, then choose the non-starchy vegetables which are low in carbohydrates and calories and high in fiber, vitamin and minerals, Leafy green such as spinach and Lettuces, cucumber, sprouts, celery, mushrooms, bell peppers, egg plant, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts are have non-starchy vegetables.
Water and other Beverages :
Water is the slightly calorie-free beverages. Unsaturated herbal tea and decaffeinated green tea,black tea, and coffee are also great choice for low-carbs food. While sugar free diet drinks are free from carbs but they are less healthy.
